Sibulele Sibaca

Sibulele Sibaca, Founder of Impact Drivers, is a seasoned advocacy, partnerships and communications practitioner with deep experience and knowledge in Sexual Health and Reproductive rights for children, adolescent girls and young women, AIDS and other infectious diseases and women based informal entrepreneurship. She has worked in international development with multinational corporations, multilateral organizations and NPOs.

Having endured and triumphed through many systematic challenges as a girl child and later as a female entrepreneur in Africa, Sibaca committed herself to protecting and nurturing the future of the girl child on the continent. Both her parents died as a result of HIV/Aids.

By founding the Impact Drivers she's making sure other girls and young women know about sexual reproductive health services and rights. Their commitment is to provide relevant and high-quality programs for girls that encourage healthy relationships with themselves and their communities while creating safe spaces to empower and restore their dignity.
