Ara Babloyan is an Armenian doctor pediatrician and politician. He served as Minister of Health Care and  President of the National Assembly of Armenia. 

Dr. Babloyan is the Chairman of the Armenian Association of Children's Surgeons, member of European Society of Children's Urologists, EU Association of Children's Surgeons, Association of Switzerland Nephrologists. He is an author of 3 scientific inventions, 4 monographs and over 160 published scientific works.
