Distinguished humanitarians, academics, philanthropists, business leaders and members of civil society gathered in Berlin to address the global challenges faced by humanity. Panel discussions and keynote speeches focused on humanitarian issues and emphasized the role of individuals and organizations in making the world a better place.
Christof Bosch, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Robert Bosch Stiftung: “Fear may be a good trigger for action to start but it’s not a good motivator. Fear freezes people and doesn’t bring them to act from heart. <…> I want to look at what Aurora Dialogues can be. Aurora is clear, it’s sunrise. There is no doubt a symbol of hope everywhere on this planet, I believe. We are talking about hope, and we have a dialogue about hope.”
